• We hold an ISO27001 certification, which indicates that we adhere to the highest and strictest information security standards. This is a security standard awarded by the British Standards Institution (“BSI”) that serves as international certification that Accenture adheres to the highest and strictest standards. This certification is the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (“ISMS”) and confirms that Accenture’s processes and security controls provide an effective framework for protecting our clients’ and our own information.
• We have a global Client Data Protection (“CDP”) program in place which governs the stewardship of client information and systems entrusted to us.
• We have regular penetration testing performed by a third party provider, which continues to show the strength of our technical defenses.

We do not use, store or apply any cookie in our site. In addition to the information set out above, this section describes how we use cookies and other tracking technologies. Often we analyze IP and browser information to determine what is most effective about our website and in the case of malicious requests to our site, to help us identify ways to improve it and, eventually, to determine how we can tailor our website to make it a more positive and relevant user experience.

When you visit our offices, we process your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement and some specific information regarding the use of visitor data and the potential use of CCTV in our offices is provided in the reception area.

The bulk of the personal data we collect and use for marketing purposes relates to individual users, audience of reputed marketing (paid or organic) platforms, search engines and social media. We do not target any user based on our community users or workers.

We send commercial e-mail to individuals in relation to work, mediation and resolution to issues raised by users. We do not send bulk emails in order to gain benefit, work or any privileges.

With your express and written permission, we may process your personal data for video, marketing, advertising or other related content creation, production and distribution activities.

THL strives to make its site as accessible as possible to people of all levels of ability. As our guide across the site we use the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Our goal is to meet Level AA standards, WCAG’s recommended level of conformance for entire sites.

We endeavor to ensure fair and successful trading among all users and workers who use our site. The success rate is as high as 98% based on the data of past 12 years. We also deploy a 72 hour user assurance policy where the worker (hacker) is only paid after 72 hours and after the user accepts or verifies or approves the work. If there is a fault in delivery or the work is unacceptable, we refund in full in 72 hours to the user.
